Allergy Research Group’s Gluten Gest 60 caps Enzyme Supplement. Glutengest is an enzyme formulation that can help gluten sensitive individuals prevent symptoms from ‘hidden’ gluten. This is not going to prevent symptoms in those with gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease if eating a meal that obviously contains gluten, but it’s more of an ‘insurance’ policy for those times that gluten may be present unknowingly, such as at parties or restaurants.
