Easy Immune Health does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including membership forms or e-mail lists.

Easy Immune Health analyzes our website logs to improve the value of our website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Email Privacy

Easy Immune Health maintains e-mail lists. To keep our customers and members informed. Individuals who purchase any products will be added to our mailing lists. A ‘double opt-in’ format is used to ensure your consent to be added to email lists. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.

Return/Exchange Policy

ALL PRODUCT SALES AT EASY IMMUNE HEALTH.COM ARE FINAL AND BINDING.

RECORDED PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of Easy Immune Health’s educational materials, no returns will be accepted. All sales of recorded materials are final, without exception.

RETURN POLICY:

• PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED on ALL RETURNS. Contact orders@easy-immune-health.com for authorization.
• Refrigerated items CANNOT be returned.
• 15% restock fee of purchase price less shipping and handling may be refunded on unopened and non-refrigerated items. No returns can be made on opened items.
• No supplement returns will be accepted after 30 days on all regularly stocked items.
• Special orders CANNOT be returned.
• Prepaid tests can be returned for credit within 90 days of purchase.
• Consult packages are final and cannot be refunded. No exceptions.

REFUND POLICY: Any authorized return will be issued as a credit only. No refunds are available.

Payment

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Personal or company checks may also be sent. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.
• All orders must be pre-paid unless a payment option is provided
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• Sales tax and VAT will be applied where applicable.

Shipping & Handling

• Within the mainland U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex, or Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. If you require your order quickly, please select UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day shipping when you check out.
• Extra charges apply for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Please call, fax or e-mail if you have questions.
• International orders are shipped by US Mail International Priority, UPS International or Fedex International. No guarantees can be made on shipments made outside the US. Please contact the office for any international shipment requests. If you require expedited shipping, please call, fax or e-mail for UPS Expedited Worldwide shipping charges.
